Earlier this month, on a day that was delightfully cool and overcast, we took a quick drive into the mountains to look at bison. We packed a light lunch and our binoculars before heading out on our adventure.
There is pretty much nothing in the world that excites the children like getting to use their binoculars, especially when they know they'll be using them to look at wildlife. Even little Z got a chance to try them out.
